According to a recent permit filing, Bin 13 Wine Bar is slated to open in Bellingham at 298 W Laurel Street Building 13.
A representative of Bin 13 Wine Bar was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
According to an article from The Bellingham Herald, Bin 13 Wine Bar is slated to open in May of this year, alongside Zeek’s Pizza.
“The expansion was first announced in June, promising to bring Zeek’s Pizza and Bin 13 Wine Bar to The Portal. The container village is one of Bellingham’s most popular spots, offering visitors a variety of restaurants, Kulshan Brewing, a pump track, and a concert venue for festivals like NW Tune Up during the summer months.”
“Bin 13 Wine Bar will have an upper-level deck, allowing visitors scenic views around the area and experience “a hotspot for socializing, relaxing and taking in a unique perspective of The Portal and its surroundings,” according to a news release from Mike Hogan, the port’s public affairs administrator.”
“The Port has signed 10-year leases with most of the tenants in The Portal and plans to expand the container village once again in 2025.”
According to Bizapedia, Bin 13 LLC was incorporated in February of last year. Listed on the permit filing as well as the business file for Bizapedia are four people: Lesa Ferguson, Brian Finnegan, James Ferguson, and Ryan Aarstol.
