Bobby’s Burgers By Bobby Flay continues its national expansion with the announcement of its first Washington location inside Muckleshoot Casino Resort. The new restaurant will mark the brand’s debut in the region, extending its footprint farther west than ever before.

Guests can look forward to Bobby’s signature culinary approach to classic comforts with bold flavors, quality ingredients and a chef-driven menu that’s both elevated and approachable. Favorites include the Bacon Crunchburger, Nacho Burger and the “Beat Bobby Flay” winning recipe — Veggie Burger. Beyond the Unbeatable Burger menu, guests can enjoy made-from-scratch Buttermilk Onion Rings, Sweet Potato Fries and spoon-bending milkshake flavors like Pistachio, Cookies and Cream and Dark Chocolate. The addition of Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay provides an exciting, new option for casino-goers and fits perfectly among the resort’s diverse dining lineup.

The property, located at 2402 Auburn Way S, near majestic Mt. Rainier, features a 157,000-square-foot casino floor with over 3,400 gaming machines, 67 table games, one of the largest smoke-free gaming rooms, and a sportsbook, along with an 18-story hotel offering 401 luxurious rooms and suites, a resort-style pool, a full-service spa and a rooftop steakhouse. Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, Muckleshoot is the largest casino resort in the state and recently voted Best Casino and Best Resort in the Pacific Northwest by readers of The Seattle Times. It welcomes over 25,000 guests each week and operates 24/7.

“We’re proud to bring Bobby’s Burgers to Muckleshoot,” said Tim Perkins, CEO of Muckleshoot Casino Resort in a statement. “This partnership underscores our ongoing commitment to delivering the very best in guest experiences. Bobby Flay’s curated menu of top-quality burgers and unmatched flavor further enhances Muckleshoot’s standing as one of Washington’s premier destinations for dining and entertainment.”

Michael McGill, President of Bobby’s Burgers, sought a partnership that would build on both brands’ shared vision of hospitality excellence.

“It’s been incredible working with the Muckleshoot Casino Resort team,” McGill said. “They reflect our passion for exceptional food and unforgettable guest experiences. We’re looking forward to growing together and serving visitors of Muckleshoot for years to come.”

Since the opening of its flagship restaurant in Charlotte less than two years ago, Bobby’s Burgers has grown with new locations in Orem, Utah and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, recently opened on Nov. 22, which marked the 10th location systemwide, as well as area development deals in Arizona and Canada. Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s anticipated opening will mark the 11th Bobby’s Burgers systemwide.

“Opening inside Muckleshoot Casino Resort is an exciting move in our expansion across North America and beyond.” said Bobby Flay, co-founder and namesake of Bobby’s Burgers. “We can’t wait for guests in Washington to get Crunchified.”
