According to a recent article from Capitol Hill Seattle Blog, Boca Restobar is taking over the space of what was Infinity Nails & Spa at 418 Broadway E, confirmed by the owner Marco Casas-Beaux.
“We will be knocking down the shared wall for renovations and introducing our asado soon. We will still be the same funky neighborhood grill, but reverting to the original structure before Dilettante Chocolate left,” Marco told What Now Seattle.
“Asado is a very unique Argentine cooking style, one that is new to the Seattle area, where we will smoke our meat over an open fire with natural wood, giving it a unique flavor. We choose the best meat possible, sourcing our meat from Montana and grass-fed options. We will cook, cut, and serve the meat directly onto the plate from the grill.”
One of the distinguishing features of Boca is its dedication to presenting Argentine cuisine with a contemporary twist. Embracing the traditional roots of the cuisine, the restaurant also introduces innovative touches, adding an exciting and modern dimension to each dish. The result is a culinary masterpiece that pays homage to the classics while appealing to the adventurous food explorer.
Marco describes the space as a funky, colorful, sometimes loud neighborhood grill where football will always be a good option. Whether you’re enjoying a family meal, a romantic dinner for two, or a gathering with friends, Boca offers the perfect setting for every occasion, according to the company website.
