New tenants are preparing to move into the Skinner Hall Concourse, an underground pedestrian corridor in downtown Seattle connecting major buildings including the Skinner Building, Rainier Square and Union Square.
The concourse links more than 3 million square feet of office space and is undergoing redevelopment to include a market hall featuring a curated mix of food, beverage and service tenants.
Brady Williams, owner of Tomo, plans to open a new concept in the concourse at 1326 Fifth Ave., beneath the Skinner Building, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.
The outlet reported construction plans are under city review, with estimates reaching upward of $500,000. City filings describe the project as improvements for a restaurant and bar, though the name and concept remain undisclosed.
The restaurant will fill one of the six spaces in the food and service retail area.
What Now Seattle reached out to Williams but has not yet received a response. This article will be updated as more information becomes available.
