According to a recent permit filing, Cafe Columbia will undergo a change of hands in Wenatchee at 7 North Worthen Street Suite E7 and E8.

A representative of Cafe Columbia was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official date for the change of ownership and what this means for Cafe Columbia have yet to be confirmed, the permit was filed under Am Gem Enterprises LLC. Four people are listed behind the permit filing.

According to Cafe Columbia’s website, “Our freshly baked goods are made with the finest ingredients and served with love from our micro bakery located just behind the bar. Take a peek and you’ll see our bakery team preparing our scratch laminated doughs, pastries, bars, and savories every day.”

“Proudly serving Blue Star Coffee since 2013. Our baristas are roaster-trained to prepare distinctive espresso and drip blends with a commitment to fresh, delicious coffee in every cup.”

“We offer familiar favorites and healthier options made with nourishing real food ingredients. From fresh house roasted meats to the finest quality cured deli meats, cheeses, and produce.”
