According to a recent permit filing, Emerald City Comedy Club aims to debut in Capitol Hill at 206 Broadway E #201.

Emerald City comes from Center Stage Seattle LLC. Center Stage is also behind Helium Comedy Club, with Marc Grossman as the owner of the LLC.

Helium Comedy Club describes itself as: “Our comedy clubs are state-of-the-art venues that bring great talent to an intimate theater. For a modest ticket price, patrons can enjoy live comedy from a national headliner performing no more than 60 feet away.”

“The show will last about an hour and forty minutes and will include an opener, a feature, and a headliner with national TV credits. Our facilities are nonsmoking where patrons can enjoy a mix of high-quality starters, mouth-watering desserts, and a full-service bar providing yummy libations in a relaxing atmosphere.”

“Our clubs are also excellent spaces for corporate events, such as business meetings, keynote speeches, political speeches, networking events, or industry award ceremonies. Tiered seating with banquettes, cocktail tables, and chairs. Classic nightclub atmosphere with unobstructed sight lines to the stage from every seat in the room.”

“We offer a full wine, beer, and liquor license and can accommodate requests for specialty items. Full Bar, local pints, domestic and imported bottles, and cocktail specials. Our kitchen serves a delicious menu of appetizers and small plate items and also offers several buffet meals and continental breakfasts.”
