According to a recent permit filing, Rasoi Indian Restaurant & Bar will soon take over the Coho Cafe space in Issaquah at 6130 E Lake Sammamish Parkway SE #A.
The assumption of Coho Cafe was filed on November 13th. The two people behind the new concept change are Prashant and Sweety Gaurav.
It looks like Rasoi currently has a location in Bellevue. According to the company website, “Our North Indian restaurant is the perfect destination to satisfy your taste buds with an array of delectable delights.”

For Coho, the cafe’s website states, “Armies Restaurants, a Seattle dining tradition since 1979, created Coho Cafe in 1998 to bring upscale casual seafood dining to the Eastside. Longtime Seattle area restaurateurs, Steve Price, Rob Davis, Fran Lumm & Scott Howes direct a stylish, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere for dining on an eclectic menu featuring Northwest favorites, Asian and Southwest fusion.”
“Scratch cooking & local ingredients deliver recipe classic, innovation & new twists to the suburban dining scene. Whether you’re looking for a special occasion meal, just dinner out, a quick snack before the movie, or happy hour & a drink, you can be assured Coho Cafe can accommodate you.”
“We will entertain you in comfortable booths, relaxing bar seating, or on our seasonal outdoor patios. A passion for great food & service abounds.”
