CrackleMi, a Vietnamese restaurant and cafe, will soon be opening a new location in the Fremont area, located at 709 N 35th St, according to recent permit filings.

A representative of CrackleMi Vietnamese Grill and Cafe did not immediately return What Now Seattle’s request for comment.

While an opening date has yet to be confirmed, CrackleMi is a fast-casual restaurant that is dedicated to serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Their diverse menu offers a variety of dishes, including banh mi sandwiches, rice and salad bowls, and vermicelli dishes.

For banh mi sandwiches, which traditionally feature meat, pickles, vegetables, chili, and mayonnaise on an airy, crusty baguette, customers can choose from fillings such as grilled pork, chicken, tofu, and vegetables. Rice and salad bowls are also a popular choice, and patrons can customize their meals with a selection of protein, rice, and salad greens. Vermicelli dishes, which feature thin rice noodles and a variety of toppings, are another option for customers to savor.
