Co-Owners Henry and Jessica Nguyen will soon be welcoming their fourth Crawfish Chef in North Seattle located at 6620 Roosevelt Way NE.
“My husband and I were inspired to open another restaurant at this location to expand our business and to introduce a new type of seafood restaurant to the North Seattle community,” Jessica told What Now Seattle on Wednesday. Their goal is to introduce their “love and passion for seafood to new faces” because the other locations are all in South Seattle. It will emulate their current two full-service locations in Kent and Puyallup. The third is a “Grab’N Go” in Westlake, according to their website.
We also got the scoop from Jessica that they will be opening a fifth location in Bellevue as well in the coming months located at 1645 140th Ave NE Suite B6.
“Crawfish Chef is a Cajun-inspired seafood restaurant founded in 2016 by Chef Henry Nguyen,” according to the restaurant’s website. “With over 20 years of experience as a chef, Henry created The Crawfish Chef establishment to further his passion and share his culinary creations with the world.”
They have daily offerings all inspired from his travels around the world and with seasonal ingredients.
