According to a recent permit filing, Culturas Bar and Grill has filed to take over the former La Pasadita Cakes and Cafe at 15904 Main Street NE #101 in Duvall.

The assumption filing comes from Aleman Group LLC. Behind the LLC is Dolores Chavez-Aleman, who is also listed on the permit filing.

La Pasadita closed last year. According to a Facebook post from the company written back in November, “Today is our last taco Tuesday and tomorrow Wednesday, November 27th will be our last day open as La Pasadita. We hope to see you before we close!”

“We’re so grateful for your support throughout these last few years. We’re excited to be pursuing new opportunities.”

According to Digsy, the building is marked as “industrial.” No listings are currently available, but the square footage ranges from 1,634 to 1,920 square feet. For the name itself, the word “culturas” refers to “culture,” and could refer to other analogies.
