Dave’s Hot Chicken is eying a major expansion in Puget Sound with four new locations coming to the area.
It was recently reported by The News Tribune that new locations are coming to the area as part of a 10-unit expansion. The four confirmed locations to be in Tacoma (Tacoma Mall), Redmond, Federal Way and Puyallup. According to the article, local entrepreneur Sana Keshap from The Keshap Group is the one opening the locations, and she also opened the Capitol Hill location in 2023.
The addresses for the new restaurants are as follows: 16502 Cleveland Street in Redmond, 4502 Steele Street, Suite 1670 at Tacoma Mall, 16511 Meridian E in Puyallup and The Commons in Federal Way, with no confirmed address as of yet.
“We’re proud to announce the signing of new leases in the Western Washington area as part of our continued expansion,” said CEO of Dave’s Hot Chicken Bill Phelps in a statement.
Menus vary by location, with popular items being chicken tenders, chicken sliders, cheese fries and milkshakes. It is an alcohol-free restaurant, and soft drinks are also added.Most meals range from $10 to $15.
Keshap told What Now Seattle the Tacoma location is expected to open by the end of the year, Redmond will be around October, Federal Way will be in early 2026 and Puyallup will be open by the end of next year.
