According to a recent permit filing, Dished by Rachel is expanding to a second location at 2701 Bickford Ave STE E in Snohomish.
A representative of Dished by Rachel did not immediately respond to What Now Seattle’s request for comment.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, their Instagram bio section teases they will be opening in the summer of this year.

This location is not open to the public, making the new location the first to be open to customers.
Dished by Rachel also has the option to enjoy DIY Charcuterie Kits, partnering with Cheese Lover Shop, which includes gourmet cheeses, charcuterie, and a step-by-step guide. Additionally, customers can also participate in their workshops with private and public workshop options, according to the company website.
