“Founded by high school friends CEO Davide Macchi and Executive Chef Filippo Fiori, Due’ Cucina was born out of a shared passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to bring high-quality meals to diners on the go. Drawing on their heritage and culinary expertise, as well as their business backgrounds in technology and in nuclear science, Macchi and Fiori have leveraged their diverse expertise and passion to propel their restaurant concept.”
“Featuring a menu of pasta made from scratch in-house, appetizers, and desserts including favorites like Bolognese Ragù, Mushroom & White Truffle Oil, Eggplant Parmigiana, and Lasagna Alla Bolognese. “We serve Italian dishes made from the highest quality ingredients, imported directly from Italy or sourced locally and sustainably. Every dish is prepared from scratch daily, ensuring unparalleled taste,” said Fiori.”
“Dué Cucina is proud to serve guests pasta dishes in under 8 minutes and offers ease of online orders, self-service kiosks, loyalty programs, and catering options. Prices remain the same from lunch to dinner, with the priciest dish being less than $15. In addition to its signature dishes and appetizers, the restaurant also sells wine, beer, Aperol spritz, and espresso drinks.”
