Dumpling the Noodle will soon be set to open in Kirkland. The owner, Sen Mao, has officially confirmed the new location, which will be located at 206 Main Street.
“The target is to open the doors of the new Kirkland location in June. However, we are currently in the final stages of preparation, so we will see. We’re very excited about the new location,” Mao shared with What Now Seattle.
Sen Mao trained under the guidance of the esteemed Master Chef Qu Hao, brings a wealth of expertise to Dumpling the Noodle. At the young age of 18, Sen obtained chef certificates in four major Chinese cuisines: Szechuan, Shandong, Guangzhou, and Huaiyang. This extensive knowledge allows Sen to craft a unique dining experience that combines the essence of these distinct culinary traditions.
Dumpling the Noodle sets itself apart from typical Chinese restaurants by offering a diverse range of flavors under one roof. Patrons can expect to savor the distinct tastes of Szechuan, Shandong, Guangzhou, and Huaiyang cuisines all in a single dining establishment. Although the menu may not be extensive due to the size limitations of the kitchen, the restaurant will introduce seasonal items to ensure a variety of options for its customers according to the company website.
