Edmond’s Epulo Bistro Has Filed For A Change of Hands

Epulo Bistro filed for the assumption on January 17th.

According to a recent permit filing, Epulo Bistro has filed for an assumption in Edmonds at 100 Sunset Avenue N Suite B & D.

While it has yet to be confirmed what these changes entail for Epulo Bistro, according to the company website, “Since opening in 2009, Epulo Bistro has become a beloved destination, celebrated for its warm, welcoming service and unique, relaxed approach to fine dining.”

“Tim Morris, the founder of Epulo Bistro, launched the restaurant with a vision of creating an inviting, memorable dining experience that celebrates food, community, and connection. His passion for exceptional hospitality and quality ingredients laid the foundation for Epulo, making it a local favorite where guests feel like part of the family.”
