El Burrito Mojado Taqueria will soon have a new location, previously the home to Ken Zaburo Sushi & Asian Grill located at 12413 NE 124th Street in Kirkland, confirmed by its owner Arturo Salazar.

“This will be our first brick-and-mortar location, and we are a family owned and operated restaurant. My wife and daughter will also be managing this with me, and we’re very excited to open our doors,” Salazar told What Now Seattle, “Our goal is to be able to open our doors sometime after July 10th, depending on construction and other factors.”

El Burrito Mojado will be offering burritos, tacos, and traditional taqueria options, but with more expansion of the menu. Salazar also relayed there will be seafood options, steak, and things such as carne asada for patrons to enjoy.

Their food truck under the El Burrito Mojado name had been in the Totem Lake area since 2011. Their staff is described as always friendly and waiting to serve you authentic Mexican Food that everyone is talking about, and are one of the most high-quality taco food trucks you will find in Washington. They had a heating system on cold days, a bee trapper on summer days, and free WIFI, along with plenty of seats and overhead to block the rain, according to the company website.
