Fuego Restaurant-Lounge Aims to Debut In the Adams Area

Fuego's liquor license was submitted on August 1st.

According to a recent permit filing, Fuego Restaurant-Lounge has filed for an Adams area location at 5425 Russell Avenue NW.

A representative of Fuego Restaurant-Lounge was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Fuego plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, Fuego was filed for under S&J Dining Restaurants LLC according to the permit.

Washington Company Search states that S&J Dining Restaurants LLC was incorporated on August 19th, 2021. Jose Paulino and Sonia Paulino are listed behind Fuego and the LLC.

According to Property Shark, the address listed for Fuego is Station 18. The building was built in 1911 and is marked as historic with approximately 4,800 square feet of space.
