General Harvest Restaurants is opening G.H. Pasta, at 7500 35th SW, in place of Best of Hands Barrelhouse, West Seattle Blog is reporting.
This will be the second outpost of G.H. Pasta, according to the restaurant’s website, joining a Belltown outpost on 6th Avenue — a third if you include what appears to be a G.H. Pasta pop-up out of the restaurant group’s Haymaker Eastlake location (G.H. is “taking over” the restaurant for dine in or take out, the website notes.)
Details surrounding the upcoming G.H. Pasta (and its pop-up) are scarce as General Harvest Restaurants’ Owner Brian Clevenger did not respond to What Now Seattle’s request for comment, but the group told West Seattle Blog to anticipate a spring 2023 debut.
General Harvest also said the cow statue that currently sits atop the building soon to be home to G.H. Pasta won’t be moo-ving; it’s staying put.
G.H. Pasta bills itself as “fast-casual” with daily fresh made pasta. Its menu offers a “Vegetable & Others” section with options ranging from cauliflower to a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and of course, a list of Pasta.
