Gabriela’s Restaurant & Bar to Bring All-Day Dining, Live Music to Maple Valley

The restaurant will open in the former Gloria's and Stockton's space.

A new restaurant will feature all-day dining in Maple Valley.

Gabriela’s Restaurant & Bar, owned by Christopher Bemis, is situated at 23220 Maple Valley Black Diamond Rd.

“We are excited to open soon in the space formerly known as Glorias/Stocktons. We plan to offer all day dining and lounge events. Yes, the Salad bar will be coming back. Yes, many familiar faces (and some new ones) will be returning. Yes, the menu will feature various classics and some new offerings,” a Facebook post read.

The breakfast menu features diner classics such as omelets, Eggs Benedict, pancakes, waffles and French toast. It also includes “Valley Favorites,” like “The Mess,” made with three eggs, a choice of meat, mushrooms, spinach and onions topped with cheddar; avocado toast with smashed avocado, sliced tomatoes, everything seasoning, pickled onions and two sunny-side-up eggs; corned beef; and biscuits and gravy.

The lunch and dinner menu has not yet been announced, with service set to begin at the end of the month, while the popular salad bar, featuring homemade soups, won’t debut until December.

Gabriela’s secured a liquor license from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, and the bar will have a cocktails and breakfast drinks.

The restaurant is also tuning up evening entertainment, with live music set to hit the stage in December.
