Previously Crista’s Sandwichboard now is Heidi’s Sandwichboard in Snohomish at 1206 1st St, confirmed by its new owner, Heidi Mann.

“I officially purchased the restaurant on the first, and am slowly but surely making transitions over with my updated vision,” Mann told What Now Seattle, “The core menu will stay the same, however. We offer gourmet sandwiches and salads, homemade soups, top-notch desserts, and catering! We also have beer and alcohol options for patrons to enjoy.”

Heidi has over 20 years of experience in the food and restaurant industry and expressed her excitement to put her own touch on the restaurant. As previously stated, it will be slow changes, with no full transition date fully marked on the calendar. Changes can be seen starting with the daily soup offerings and daily specials such as salads. Baked goods are made on-site daily, and for the connoisseurs of fine meats and cheeses, Heidi’s offers a tantalizing selection of charcuterie. Hand-picked and carefully curated, the charcuterie options showcase a variety of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and accompanying accouterments.
