According to a recent permit filing, Hopua Craft Beer & Bottle Shop aims to debut in Mountlake Terrace at 24015 Van Ry Boulevard #300.

Hopua describes itself as a place for a “Craft Beer Bar with 24 taps, and six doors of coolers to take highly curated packaged cans & bottles to-go.”

Behind Hopua is George Marshall. Hopua Craft Beer & Bottle Shop filed for a tavern/ beer and wine rest permission. The property itself is referred to as being a part of the Terrace Station.

According to Commercial MLS, “The Restaurant features an elevated 1,600 sf outdoor patio seating area with two large south & west facing garage roll-up doors with views of the native greenbelt.” The property listing also states this to be the second building for Terrace Station.

The property was built in 2021 and consists of six different stories. The overall building size consists of 223,338 square feet of space.
