According to a recent permit filing, India Garden aims to debut in Lakewood at 12926 Bridgeport Way SW.
India Garden currently has a location in Tacoma, which would make this the second location for the concept. Manvinder and Gurpreet Singh are behind India Garden.
India Garden filed for a beer and wine rest permission under MG Caterers LLC. The LLC was incorporated in June of 2023, according to Washington Company Search. Manvinder is also listed to be behind Hope Trans, LLC., according to the search.
“Our family-owned restaurant has been making authentic Indian, cuisine-style food for over 40 years. We bring these delicious recipes that were handed down from generations to you and your loved ones,” the company website states.
The property itself, according to Movoto, was built in 1954. Redfin confirms this and also states that the property boasts 4,387 square feet of space.
