A new Indian and Lebanon dining concept is set to open in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood.

INDNON Cafe and Bistro will be located at 2822 Western Ave. directly across from Olympic Sculpture Park and within walking distance of Pike Place Market and Bell Street Cruise Terminal.

The restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch featuring locally sourced coffee and fragrant Indian tea, then transition to evenings with artisanal cocktails paired with Indian and Lebanese tapas.

“Every dish is a labor of love, crafted to transport you to the vibrant streets of Bomby & Beirut.  Join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure where every bite and sip is celebration of flavor and warm hospitality,” the website reads.

The food will be prepared by chef Abhijit Sakar. Chef Sarkar’s culinary journey began in rural India, where he discovered his passion for cooking under the guidance of his mother. His work earned recognition from the Culinary Academy of India in Hyderabad, Culinary Art India, J.W. Marriott in Mumbai and the Costa Italian Cruise Line..

After arriving in Seattle, Chef Sarkar took on the role of executive chef at Mint Progressive Indian, which quickly earned a reputation as one of the city’s premier fine dining destinations.

Although the restaurant’s official opening date has not been announced, its website says “Coming soon.” For the latest updates, visit the website and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
