Itto’s Tapas is set to expand with the recent take over of its former neighbor, Regina Nail at 4158 California Ave SW, as detailed in a recent construction permit filing.

A representative of Itto’s Tapas was not immediately available for comment.

Patrons will likely be able to continue to expect “versatile small plates hailing from Morocco & Spain served in a softly lit, Moroccan-inspired room,” as described on the restaurant’s website.

Those plates include a litany of vegan and vegetarian options including a Khoudra Burger made from garbanzo and fava beans and topped with tomato, cabbage, onion, and garlic-cilantro aioli, as well as a Moroccan Chop Salad featuring cucumber, tomato, onion, cilantro, and vinegar. Meanwhile, the seafood and meat menus include a Squid Steak, Lamb Shank, Moroccan Lemon Chicken, and more.
