Koko’s Restaurant and Tequila Bar is adding a second location at 1201 10th Ave confirmed by Co-Owner Gibran Moreno Ventura.

Currently located in Pacific Beach, Koko’s offers chill and relaxed vibes while serving up their Latin fusion cuisine. Co-Owner Alexi Torres is from El Salvador while Ventura is from Veracruz, Mexico. The two came together to create something unique and special with their dishes. “We believe to have better quality over quantity like most Latin restaurants. And there’s nothing out there like us,” Ventura told What Now Seattle.

Their second location in Seattle at the old Heritage Distillery will have the same menu, but will have a change in atmosphere. “It’s the place you go out for a date night or birthday celebration with an adult vibe,” Ventura said. Expect a few more Mezcal cocktails on the menu at this location as well.

The space is approximately 2900 square feet and is expected to hold up to 12o people. Koko’s is targeted to open late June or early July 2023, permit approval dependent.
