Lune Cafe, known for its colorful drinks and indulgent desserts, is opening a new Seattle location, according to a recent announcement on Instagram.
“Did someone say new location? Oh, that was us! A NEW Lune location is opening soon! Can anyone guess where?” the post read.
The cafe currently operates two locations in Pioneer Square and the University District, as well as a to-go spot in Auburn. Although the new location hasn’t been confirmed, many customers speculate it will open in Tacoma.
Lune Cafe offers a globally inspired menu featuring sweet and savory crepes, specialty lattes, energy-infused glow drinks, sandwiches and pastries. Highlights include Dubai pistachio desserts and signature beverages such as the Purple Glow and Pistachio Heaven. The cafe also serves smoothies, milkshakes and a range of grab-and-go options, making it a versatile stop for both treats and quick bites.
They also offer a Summer x Lune 2025 menu, available for the next few months. Featured items are the mango chocolate burrito, a crepe filled with mango cream and topped with white chocolate mango bites, along with refreshing drinks like Hawaiian Sunset, Tropical Glow and Mango Matcha.
“From late-night recipe experiments at the kitchen counter to handcrafting the first Biscoff sauce and perfecting the matcha drinks, Lune was built through resilience, creativity and teamwork. There were no manuals or corporate playbooks—just curiosity, passion, and a belief that something beautiful could be created by doing it together. Every crepe flipped, every drink stirred, every playlist chosen reflects that spirit,” the cafe’s website reads.
What Now Seattle reached out to the owners regarding the expansion, however, they have not yet responded. This article may be updated.
