Confirmed by Co-Owner Bill Murphy, Machine House Brewery will relocate to Hillman City at 5718 Rainier Ave S.

According to the Washington Beer Blog, the Machine House’s lease is ending in Georgetown May 2023 and will move into the old NW Peaks Brewery that was Spinnaker Bay Brewing prior to that.

No changes are planned for Machine House upon moving in. The main difference will be less outdoor seating in a slightly smaller space that they are prepared to make work for their loyal enthusiasts.

“It’s just a different neighborhood. It keeps us doing what we are doing and gives a nice taproom for Hillman City in a nice space and cool, little building. We are keeping the identity we’ve had for 10 years that people already appreciate,” Murphy told What Now Seattle.

Machine House will potentially be expanding their offerings “a little bit” along with bringing one or two new permanently tapped beers to commemorate the relocation.

The move to the new 3100 square foot space is set for May 2023.
