Mendocino Farms, the popular chain of sandwich and salad restaurants with over 20 established locations across the country, is expanding its reach with a new Downtown Seattle location set to open sometime this year at 401 Union Street in Rainier Square, according to construction permits recently filed with the city.

A representative of Mendocino Farms did not immediately return What Now Seattle’s request for comment.

With a meticulous approach to sourcing ingredients, the restaurant works closely with local farmers and food artisans who share their elevated standards. This commitment to using high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients is reflected in their menu, which is free from added hormones, artificial sweeteners, food dyes, and artificial flavors.

Known for their creative and delicious sandwiches, salads, and more, Mendocino Farms promises to take diners on an unexpected culinary adventure with their fresh ingredients and flavor combinations. Since its inception in 2005 as a family business, Mendocino Farms has been more than just a place to grab a meal – they have strived to create a welcoming gathering place where happiness is always just an order away and is a part of their company values.
