The California-based sandwich restaurant is bringing a fifth location to the Seattle area.
It was recently reported by Puget Sound Business Journal that the new location will be opening in the Eastline apartments at 16502 Cleveland Street in Redmond this July. This is a large area that has retail space on the first floor of the apartments.
Mendocino Farms started out in Los Angeles in 2005. From there, it grew to nearly 80 restaurants, and this marks their fourth expansion into the Pacific Northwest. The restaurant is known for their signature sandwiches like the “not so fried” chicken, peruvian steak and their prosciutto & chicken.
Also close to the space is Due’ Cucina Italian Restaurant. It is located just north of Redmond Town Center and is walkable to the outdoor mall.
The company also posted on Craigslist they are looking for team members, including front of house cashier/host and back of house for kitchen prep. This follows their expansion to Kirkland in October 2024 and downtown Seattle in September 2023.
“We take our guests on an unexpected culinary adventure made with fresh ingredients and fearless flavor combinations,” said the Craigslist job listing.
