A representative of Mia Cafe Wine & Bar was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and what Mia Cafe Wine & Bar plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Mia Cafe Wine & Bar has filed for a beer and wine rest permission.
According to the permit, Mia Cafe was filed under Juanita Cucina Mia LLC. Washington Company Search states that Juanita Cucina Mia LLC was incorporated on May 4th, 2024. Rocio Salcedo is listed on the business and permit filing.
Loop Net states that the address listed for Mia Cafe Wine & Bar is a retail property marked as a health club. The building was built in 1971 and has approximately 9,100 square feet of space. Loop Net also marks the property as no longer being advertised.
