Moto Pizza has exciting plans for a new location in the historic Smith Tower at Pioneer Square.
Per an article from Eater Seattle, Moto Pizza recently took to Instagram to announce the business is opening their newest location this fall or winter. In the post, owner Lee Kindell said moving into the Smith Tower is “a long time dream of mine to have this space as a new home!”
Moto Pizza is known for their Detroit-style and Filipino-influenced pies, which are made square and have plenty of toppings. They have locations in Bellevue, West Seattle, Edmonds, Belltown and T-Mobile Park. It was started by Kindell and partner Nancy Gambin who owned a hostel in Belltown.
The restaurant partners with other businesses for serving such as Ezzo Sausage Company, Jones Soda Co., NW Farms and Wild Foragers. They have pickup and delivery services, and their West Seattle location has outdoor dining.
The exact address inside the Smith Tower has not yet been announced. It is expected that the menu of the Pioneer Square location will be the same as other locations.
What Now Seattle has reached out to the owner, and this article may be updated.
