Noii Sushi, a new restaurant offering contemporary Japanese cuisine and fresh flavors, is set to open downtown at 107 Lake St. in Kirkland.

The restaurant has applied for a liquor license with the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis board.

According to business filings, the sushi restaurant provides catering and serves a full range of alcoholic beverages, including soju, a Korean distilled spirit, along with beer, wine and liquor in a restaurant lounge setting.

“Our menu features a thoughtfully curated selection of sushi, sashimi, and innovative small plates, each meticulously crafted with the freshest ingredients. Every dish reflects our commitment to quality, creativity, and authenticity, making Noii Sushi a destination for both sushi purists and adventurous food lovers alike,” the restaurant’s website reads.

While the sushi spot has not announced an opening date, Noii Sushi’s Instagram bio reads, “Coming soon!!”

Noii Sushi will add to downtown Kirkland’s sushi scene, joining local favorites like Kiwami Sushi Bar & Sake House, known for inventive rolls and an extensive sake list, and Oto Sushi, celebrated for its chirashi bowls and creative sashimi plates.

What Now Seattle reached out to the team, however, they have not yet responded. This article may be updated.
