According to a recent permit filing, Pass the Matches has filed for a brick-and-mortar location at 800 Maynard Avenue S Suite 001 #031.

A representative of Pass the Matches was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, this looks to be the first brick-and-mortar location for Pass the Matches. Google states that the address listed on the permit is the RDA Building.

Pass the Matches’ website states, “Pass the Matches (PMS) is a woman-powered wine bar pop-up, event planning, and wine curation service. PMS features natural wine made with low-intervention cellar practices, farmed regeneratively or organically, and made by womxn, BIPOC, queer, and small, independent winemakers.”

“Wine that is thoughtfully curated from producers and places that matter. 5% of net sales go to support organizations that seek to destroy white supremacy and patriarchy.”
