According to a recent permit filing, Patty’s Eggnest plans to expand with a new location at 5101 25th Avenue NE.

Patty’s currently has five locations spread through Seattle and the Seattle metro. Some of those locations include Bothell, Tukwila, Mountlake Terrace, and more. The U Village location’s hours are yet to be announced.

Patty’s website tells us more: “Patty’s Eggnest is a locally-owned breakfast/lunch restaurant in the Pacific Northwest, operated since 1999, and the winner of several awards including the Seattle’s Best Breakfast Award, and the National Golden Egg Award. Come to our restaurant and try our hearty meals such as Swedish pancakes, pancakes, scrambles, and omelettes made from scratch with your choice of ingredients!”

The property itself, according to Loop Net, is a part of The Cordyn Apartments. The multi-family property was built in 2009 and boasts 93,758 square feet of space. The building is described as “Centrally located between the Ravenna, Laurelhurst, and University District Neighborhoods.”
