Permit For Graze Craze Has Been Filed

New take-away restaurant going in at Mason & Main in Downtown Seattle.

Graze Craze will be located at Mason & Main, 209 12th Ave S, per the permit in review with the city.

According to plans on file, “Establish use as sales and service and construct initial tenant improvement for a take-away restaurant.” Pearls of Ophir Inc operated by Stanley G. Domingo, President, is listed as the Owner.

Domingo was unavailable for comment as of Friday.

Mason & Main is a new apartment complex in the Yesler Terrace neighborhood of Downtown Seattle. The website shows many modern amenities and boasts of amazing views along with being close to many of Seattle’s hot spots.

After What Now Seattle‘s review of the Plan Site, we know DXU Architect will head the $150,000 project. We also discovered per the logo available on the the Plan Site that Graze Craze is listed with “Charcuterie Boards & Boxes” giving a small glimpse into what’s to come for the new take-away restaurant.
