According to a recent permit filing, Phe has filed for a location in the First Hill area at 721 East Pine Street.

A representative of Phe was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an opening date and what Phe plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, Phe has filed for a spirit, wine, and beer rest service bar permission according to the permit filing.

According to Washington Company Search, Phe’s permit was filed under Phe Chua INC, which was incorporated on January 25th, 2023. The permit and LLC filings list Phuong Le and Kim Thy Hang. James Ho is also on the permit filing.

The property itself, according to Loop Net, boasts 77,651 square feet and was built in 2015. The property is marked as a multifamily unit, with features of the space being listed for on-site retail, a media center/movie theatre, and more.

Everout lists Phe as coming soon under “Asian ownership.” They have also marked Phe as a Vietnamese cafe or coffee shop.
