According to a recent permit filing, Post & Pour will soon debut in Bonney Lake at 19001 Cascadia Boulevard E.
A representative of Post & Pour was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and what Post & Pour plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, the permit filing includes a takeout option and alcohol options.
According to Bizapedia, Post and Pour LLC was incorporated approximately one month ago. Listed on the business file and the permit filing are three people: Stuart Faris, Michelle Faris, and Melanie Reed.
Bizapedia reports that Stuart is listed as a registered agent for multiple businesses in Washington alone. Melanie is also listed as the registered agent for multiple companies in Washington and other states.
When it comes to the property itself, according to Loop Net, the property is called Tehaleh. “Tehaleh is a 4,200-acre employment-based planned community with 420 acres approved for employment uses and 6,400 residential units to support and accelerate employment uses. Tehaleh Commerce Center Phase I offers available sites from 5 to 95 acres.”
