According to a recent permit filing, Pupuseria Tacos Don Ricky aims to debut in Lakewood at 8013 Steilacoom Boulevard SW Suite D.
It looks like the folks behind Tacos Don Ricky in Renton are also behind Pupuseria Tacos Don Ricky, based on the LLC being the overhead of both concepts.
Tacos Don Ricky’s website states, “Tacos Don Riky was established in 2018 from a dream of two hard-working individuals, Don Riky and Doña Gladis, who used to work for restaurants. With the experience and knowledge gained came a dream to have a place of their own.”

Pupuseria is likely referring to a restaurant or food establishment that specializes in pupusas. Pupusas are thick, handmade corn tortillas filled with various options such as cheese, beans, hicharrón (pork), or loroco (an edible flower).
