Puyallup is about to get a fresh squeeze of healthy dining.
Gather Juice Co. is set to open later this year at 108 N. Meridian, located between Caskcades and The Candle Bar, according to The News Tribune.
“At Gather Juice Co., we believe that food should make you feel good—and taste amazing. Our menu is full of juices, smoothies, bowls, and snacks that are nutrient-dense, full of flavor, and made with real ingredients you can recognize and pronounce. No syrups, no stabilizers, no shortcuts,” the shop’s website reads.
Juices like Goldilocks, blending kale, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon and ginger, and Pineapple Express, with pineapple, cucumber, apple and mint, offer bright, refreshing flavors. Smoothies range from nutrient-packed options like the Blueberry Brain Boost, featuring coffee and adaptogens, to indulgent treats such as the Fair Scone Smoothie, a nostalgic blend of berries and oat milk. Smoothie bowls, including the classic Acai Bowl and tropical Dragon Bowl, combine fruit, superfoods and creative flavor pairings.
Hearty toasts and grain bowls round out the menu, with choices like Chipotle Avocado Toast and Strawberry Balsamic Avocado Toast, served on thick local sourdough, and warm Chipotle or Greek Grain Bowls topped with fresh vegetables and house-made sauces.
Owned by Sean and Gretchen Doyel, Gather Juice Co. was inspired by a trip to Bali, where the couple kept returning to a small beachside shack for acai bowls. Back home, they noticed a lack of quick, healthy options, and decided to fill that gap by creating their own juice and smoothie concept.
“Since opening our doors in 2020, we’ve been committed to raising the bar for what fast food can be. Every sauce, dressing, and topping is made in-house with no added sugar or artificial junk. Our juices are cold-pressed, never pasteurized. Our smoothie bowls are thick and real—no ice, no filler. Whether you’re grabbing a smoothie on the go or diving into a full grain bowl, we’re here to prove that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring, bland, or a compromise,” the website continues.
What Now Seattle reached out to the Gather Juice Co. team, however, they have not yet responded. This article may be updated.
