Model Restaurant Group shared that there second offering, Robin’s Restaurant & Market, will celebrate its grand opening on April 25, 2025.
Located in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, Robin’s is a casual dining experience offering dine-in and take-away options, as well as a selection of curated products featuring local partners in the market, including wines from Story in a Bottle.
Robin’s features food from Chef Grant Rico, the creative mind also behind The Greenwood American Bistro. Guests can look forward to even more of what they’ve come to love from Chef Rico, including breakfast sandwiches (we’re partial to the Brazilian egg sandwich!) and hearty lunch and dinner options. The seaweed Chef Rico likes to include in his cooking also makes its way into our sugarkelp salad dressing.
For those excited to try Robin’s, they can visit now during the soft opening. Robin’s is located at 3801 Stone Way N. Seattle, WA 98103, and is open from 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
