According to a recent permit filing, Rocket Taco will soon change locations from 602 19th Avenue E to 550 19th Avenue E.
This will be a move for the Capitol Hill location. Rocket Taco also has a second location on Whidbey Island.
According to Rocket Taco’s website, “It started with a tortilla… A taco just isn’t a taco without a good tortilla, so before we ever built our menu we went to work on creating the best hand-made tortilla we possibly could.”
