A new Vietnamese restaurant is preparing to open in Bothell.
Saigon 6, operated by Kane and Kyle Hwang, plans to open at 9924 NE 185th St., Suite 101, according to business filings.
Few details about the new restaurant have been announced. However, its Instagram page hints at authentic Vietnamese fare, including pho, a traditional soup made with broth, rice noodles, spices and chicken or beef. In another post, the restaurant teased spicier offerings, writing: “Anyone else love their chili oil a bit too much?”
To pair with the fare, the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board recently approved a liquor license for Saigon 6.
The interior features high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows. A vibrant, multi-paneled mural serves as the space’s centerpiece and welcome sign, depicting cultural elements such as koi fish, lily pads and lotus blossoms.
While an official opening date has not been announced, the new spot appears to be in the final stages of preparation.
Several nearby restaurants highlight the area’s growing appetite for Vietnamese cuisine.
Pho 175 in Woodinville serves traditional pho and banh mi, while What the Pho–Canyon Park in Bothell offers noodle soups, vermicelli bowls and rice plates. Bamboo House also features classic Vietnamese dishes alongside drinks like bubble tea. Saigon 6 will add to the expanding portfolio in the area.
