The Seattle Art Museum will open a Chino-Latino restaurant next year, giving visitors a fresh dining option inside the downtown landmark.
The current eatery, Market Seattle, will close on December 28. Feedme Hospitality & Restaurant Group, a museum partner since 2021, will open Bar Dojo, another of its concepts, in the space, according to Edmonds Beacon.
Bar Dojo, Feedme’s oldest restaurant, currently operates an outpost in Edmonds and a stand at the club-level section of Lumen Field in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood. Those locations will stay open, and customers can continue visiting the market’s Edmonds location for crab and lobster rolls, chowder, and fish and chips.
Bar Dojo serves a bold Asian‑fusion menu, featuring seafood, meats, rice bowls, small plates and vegan options.
Highlights include rotating features such as miso black cod and a Kobe burger, noodle and rice bowls like spicy pork udon and birria ramen, and a variety of shareable small plates, including ahi poke tacos, gochujang chicken wings, pork xiao long bao and coconut honey walnut prawns.

For dessert, the restaurant serves items like almond cake, pineapple upside‑down cheesecake and mochi trio.
Bar Dojo is expected to open inside the museum in spring 2026, though an official date has not been announced. In the meantime, a temporary pop-up will offer grab-and-go options for visitors, the outlet reported.
