According to a recent permit filing, Slice N’ Spice Pizza aims to debut in Bellingham at 5305 Northwest Drive Suite B.

A representative of Slice N’ Spice Pizza was unable to provide additional information at this time upon What Now Seattle’s request.

According to Commercial MLS, Slice N’ Spice will become a part of Bellingham’s “Northwest Retail Building.” It is described as “The 3840 SF former Market and Deli was completely remodeled and was most recently being used as a Bath and Kitchen design studio. Open floorplan with ample parking and great ingress, egress driveway.”

Whatcom County documents tell us more: “The Applicant, Sarah Brown Architecture and Design on behalf of Secret Sauce LLC, proposes to establish a 1,528-square-foot pizza restaurant, called Slice ‘N Spice, with 595 square feet of dining area and remainder used for general commercial purposes, in one of the two commercial units within the existing nonconforming 3,900 sf commercial building.”

“The restaurant is proposed to operate between 10 am to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 10 am to 10 pm Friday and Saturday.”
