A popular Indian restaurant known for its authentic flavors is set to bring its dishes to Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Spice Bliss Bar & Bites, owned by Navjit Singh, will open its doors at 1515 Broadway, featuring dine-in seating and a bar, according to an Instagram post.
The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board recently approved the restaurant’s liquor license, according to business filings.
The menu will feature a mix of traditional and modern Indian dishes, street food, pizzas and wings, with the full lineup expected to launch soon.
“We are committed to serving the community with quality Indian cuisine, offering a variety of dishes to satisfy any craving,” the website reads.
Spice Bliss operates two other locations: one in Seattle and another in Kent, which focuses on catering.
The eatery hasn’t announced an official opening date, but an Instagram post reads, “Opening soon.” Follow along on social media or visit the website for updates.
