Structured Cellars, the brainchild of Brian Grasso and Brandee Slosar, is set to expand its presence with a new location at 632 St Helens Ave in Tacoma, confirmed by both owners.

“The dedication has been met with resounding success, resulting in moments where our wines completely sold out. We have noticed our high and devoted club membership, for which we are immensely grateful. To expand our reach and build something beyond a traditional tasting room, we chose Tacoma as our new destination. The decision was driven by the desire to introduce our wines to a broader audience and the need for a space that could accommodate our growing production,” Brandee told What Now Seattle.

“The winery’s vision for the future extends beyond just our tasting room. We are aiming to create an inviting and immersive experience for visitors, with plans to incorporate a dedicated champagne room and production area. Additionally, we hope to collaborate with other wineries, transforming the space into a thriving destination that is easily accessible and offers a range of wine-related activities.”

The anticipated opening date for the expanded location is set for July 1st, pending the necessary permits. The new location in Tacoma will feature multiple unique design elements such as a hand-painted wall, inspired by Brandee’s architectural background and passion for interior design elements.
