According to a recent permit filing, Tacos De Guisados La Patrona has filed for a location in Kent at 24645 Pacific Highway S #101.

A representative of Tacos De Guisados La Patrona was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Tacos De Guisados plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, behind Tacos De Guisados are Marisol Bautista and Moises Ramos-Perez.

Tacos De Guisados La Patrona’s permit filing was filed for on June 27th this year. The concept was filed for under Tacos De Guisados La Patrona LLC. The permit is for a spirits, wine, and beer “rest lounge +.”

According to Loop Net, the property was once home to a church. The property was built in 1966 and was renovated in 2020, with approximately 12,000 square feet of space. It has been marked as sold on the property listing.

The term “Tacos De Guisados” refers to tacos filled with various stews or cooked dishes, and “La Patrona” translates to “The Boss” or “The Patron” in Spanish, implying mastery or authority in the preparation of these tacos.
