According to a recent permit filing, Gao Lao Bangkok Noodle Shop aims to debut in Greenlake at 7102 Woodlawn Ave NE #1.

Behind Gao Lao Bangkok Noodle Shop is the same team as Isarn Kitchen, or Jennifer and Saravut Nawasangarun. Isarn specializes in Thai cuisine with four locations throughout the Seattle metro area.

According to Isarn’s company website, “Isarn, what’s in the name you ask? real, real soul-driven food with our Thai flare of love for people, hospitality, and satisfying your hunger. Isarn is one of the largest regions in Thailand, with so much of the good stuff (Food) in one place that you need to live it to believe it.”

“The freshest and fullest of flavors coupled with the unique Thai cooking techniques by our chefs, we at Isarn strive to create the best dishes Isarn can offer. We offer regional and street food favorites with some of our personal chef favorites from Southern and Central Bangkok. It’s a place where flavor and family come together. Again, a warm welcome to our Isarn home.”

Isarn Kitchen and Gao Lao Bangkok Noodle Shop also have a sister concept called Kin Len Thai Night Bites. According to Kin Len’s website, “Word-by-word translation means “eat and play”. At Kin Len, we would love for our guests to eat and enjoy, bring family, or just enjoy a cocktail by yourself or hang out with friends, maybe even make some new ones here.”

“We are thrilled to be a part of the Fremont Neighborhood. Come join us for small or larger bites, your choice! Don’t pass up on our amazing Regional Thai-inspired crafted cocktails, delicious bites, and a chill vibe all on its own.”
