Houston TX Hot Chicken (HHC) will open its first restaurant in Seattle on Denny Way. The fast-growing hot chicken brand will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, March 28.
On the opening day, the first 250 guests in line will get free food and drinks. The chain is also organizing a $1,000 “Houston We Have a Problem” Spice Challenge.

Houston TX Hot Chicken, HHC, founded by Houston Crosta and Edmond Barseghian in 2020, is known for its iconic Nashville hot chicken sandwiches. The chain has become popular in just five years and is a favorite for its spice levels, which range from mild to extremely hot.
HHC is expanding its footprint in Seattle with one of its first locations in the city set to open soon. To mark the launch, it is planning a grand opening celebration that includes several giveaways and special promotions.
Located on 101 Denny Way in Seattle, WA 98121, the restaurant will officially start serving on March 28, 2026.
The menu will feature HHC’s Nashville hot chicken sandwiches, salads, loaded fries, tenders, waffles, and more. The new restaurant will offer fresh, all-natural chicken prepared with a range of signature spice blends.
