The Bull Steak House Has Filed For What Was Once Buzz Inn Steakhouse

The building was renovated back in 2015, according to the property listing.

According to a recent permit filing, a new concept called The Bull Steak House has filed for an Everett location at 3121 Broadway.

A representative of The Bull Steak House was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, The Bull Steak House was filed for under Rid Broadway LLC.

Washington Company Search states that Rid Broadway LLC was incorporated on May 22nd, 2024. Jagroop Thind is listed on the permit and business filings.

According to a recent property listing, The Bull Steak House would be taking over the space formerly home to Buzz Inn Steakhouse. The property was built in 1957 with 13,102 square feet of space.

“One of the largest restaurants in Everett, the Buzz Inn Steakhouse is strategically located in the heart of downtown Everett within walking distance to the Courthouse, Angel of the Winds Arena, and easy access to Interstate-5.”
